A Mindful Mess | Short Course: Intro to Mindfulness

Develop your mindfulness practice on four consecutive Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.

Deepen your understanding of mindfulness in this 4 week course with content drawn from the full Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course. Practice some essential techniques with the support of a small dedicated group.  Based at On the Hill Gallery, a unique historic setting, participants are asked to commit to all four classes (July 19, July 26, August 2, August 9) and will have a short mindfulness practice to complete between classes.
