On the Hill Gallery | Fall into Mindfulness

A four-week course to deepen your understanding of mindfulness.

Support your best intentions and deepen your understanding of mindfulness with this four-week course starting Monday, November 19. Content is drawn from the full Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course and includes guidance in key mindfulness meditations with the support of a small dedicated group.

Based at On the Hill Gallery, a unique historic setting, participants are asked to commit to all four classes (10-11am on four Mondays: Nov 19, Nov 26, Dec 3, Dec 10) and will have a short mindfulness practice to complete between classes.
